Full Bodied Yoga for All Levels

This class offers those with bigger bodies a space to deepen your practice. Students will have space to investigate and try variations of the poses that will work best for your individual body. We will work with our breath and learn to trust our body to tell us what it needs. This class will invite students to play and explore with a combination of standing and seated poses, designed to both strengthen and stretch the body. This class will develop your practice and strengthen the connection to your beautiful body as we breathe, sweat, and meditate.

This class is for all levels; beginners are welcome to start with Full Bodied Yoga: Beginners.

Yoga is a beautiful and transformative practice, but it can feel inaccessible and intimidating when you are full bodied. This six session series is for all of you full bodied, plus-sized, bigger bodied folks (or anyone who feels a little shy about stepping into a studio) who would like a safe space to play, explore, and ask questions. This course is designed for those who are brand new to yoga, or have tried a few classes. You will learn modifications specific to your body so that you can enjoy the full experience of what the yoga has to offer.

Relaxation, Release and Reiki - SOLD OUT!

Join Helen Camisa and Tiffany Cruikshank for a relaxing evening of Yin Yoga and Reiki under the Gemini full moon.

This full moon is the perfect time to look inside and see what is and isn't working.

You will be guided through a meditation of release, followed by a Yin practice led by Helen that focuses on the parts of the body ruled by Gemini (arms, hands, fingers, arms, upper chest and lungs).

During the Yin practice, Tiffany will offer individual reiki (a Japanese technique for relaxation & stress reduction that also promotes healing) to each student.

This class will be an opportunity to release what you don't need in a supportive and relaxed environment.
