Fat+Happy: YIN Yoga (6 week series)

Do you want to expand? Do you feel ready to explore those comfortably uncomfortable edges while inviting a deeper connection to yourself and your body? Do you want to stretch out your body and take up space?

In this six session online series we will focus on a different area of the body each week, and each pose will be held for anywhere from 3 to 6 minutes, giving the body ample opportunity to settle and relax. The challenge here is staying present in the mind. To notice where even a little space has been created during our stretch. Maybe you’ll start noticing places where space has been created off your mat too!

Whether you identify as fat, full bodied, plus-sized or big bodied, please know that you deserve to find joy and freedom in movement and to feel good in your amazing body. Coming to a class that is designed specifically with you in mind is a great place to start!

Class recordings are provided for one week for those who can’t join live or simply want to practice again.
