This class offers those with bigger bodies a space to deepen your practice. Students will have space to investigate and try variations of the poses that will work best for your individual body. We will work with our breath and learn to trust our body to tell us what it needs. This class will invite students to play and explore with a combination of standing and seated poses, designed to both strengthen and stretch the body. This class will develop your practice and strengthen the connection to your beautiful body as we breathe, sweat, and meditate.
This class is for all levels; beginners are welcome to start with Full Bodied Yoga: Beginners.
