Fat+Happy: Hatha Yoga (6 week series)

This six week online yoga series focuses on building strength and flexibility with Hatha yoga. Working from the ground up, we’ll play with classic yoga poses adding a fat positive twist that gives you the space to explore and celebrate what this wonderful practice looks like for your unique body.

Class recordings are provided for one week

Whether you identify as fat, full bodied, plus-sized or big bodied, please know that you deserve to find joy and freedom in movement and to feel good in your amazing body. Coming to a class that is designed specifically with you in mind is a great place to start!

FAT+HAPPY YOGA PLUS WEEKLY DEEP DIVE AND BOOK CLUB: Want to take your practice even further? Yeah you do! Each week, you will receive an email from me including a deep dive on our class themes, additional journaling prompts, and encouragement and inspo for your yoga and body journey.

Plus! A fat positive book club!! We'll read our book over six weeks and then have a live Zoom meeting at the end where we'll meet and chat about how we felt and what we learned. This offering is for you if you want to bring more fat positivity into your life and need further encouragement and support on your fat positive journey. It's also a chance to discuss, support and share with this lovely community!

Our book for January is The Way of Integrity by Martha Beck and our book club will meet online on Sunday February 8 at 10:30am PST.
