This class offers students working in bigger bodies a space to explore the yoga practice in a way that will work best for your individual body. Working with our breath, as well as trusting our body to tell us what it needs, this class is beautiful combination of Hatha (for strengthening and stretching) and Yin (long holds for stretching).
This class is for students with some yoga experience
WHEN: 6 class series, running from September 19th to October 24th
TIME: 6:00pm to 7:15pm
