This class offers students of all shapes and sizes a space to explore the yoga practice in a way that will work best for your individual body (with a focus on modifications for bigger bodies). Working with our breath, as well as trusting our body to tell us what it needs, this class is beautiful combination of Hatha (for strengthening and stretching) and Yin (long holds for stretching).
This class is for all levels
WHEN: 6 class series, running from January 10th - February 21st (no class on February 14th)
