Yoga is a beautiful and transformative practice, but it can feel inaccessible and intimidating when you are full bodied. This six session series is for all of you full bodied, plus-sized, bigger bodied folks who would like a safe space to play, explore, and ask questions. This course is designed for those who are brand new to yoga, or have tried a few classes. You will learn modifications specific to your body so that you can enjoy the full experience of what the yoga has to offer.
Join me to play, learn, and gain tools to jump into any yoga class with confidence and ease. You'll be so glad you did!!
