Yoga is a beautiful and transformative practice, but it can feel inaccessible and intimidating when you are full bodied. This six session series is for all of you full bodied, plus-sized, bigger bodied folks (or anyone who feels a little shy about stepping into a studio) who would like a safe space to play, explore, and ask questions. This course is designed for those who are brand new to yoga, or have tried a few classes. You will learn modifications specific to your body so that you can enjoy the full experience of what the yoga has to offer.
