Yoga is a beautiful and transformative practice, but it may not always feel like the most accessible practice when you have a full body. This six session series is for all of you full bodied, plus-sized, bigger bodied folks (or any body who feels a little shy about stepping in to a studio) out there who would like a safe space to play, explore, and ask questions. The course is designed for those who are brand new to yoga, or have tried a few classes and would like to learn some modifications specific to your body so that you can enjoy the full experience of what the practice has to offer.
