Get ready to stretch it out, folks!
This six session series is for all of you full bodied, plus-sized, bigger bodied folks (or any body who feels a little shy about stepping in to a studio) who would like to focus on getting a good stretch, followed by deep relaxation.
We will focus on a different area of the body each week, and each pose will be held for anywhere from 3 to 6 minutes, giving the body amply opportunity to settle and relax. And if you find yourself thinking, "I'd like to try this, but I'm not flexible"...WAIT! This class is definitely for you and you should sign up right now! Yin cultivates flexibility and you'll be touching your toes in no time. :D It is also a wonderful opportunity to focus on breathing and the more meditative aspect of yoga.
