This class offers those with bigger bodies a space to explore the yoga practice in a way that will work best for your individual body. Working with our breath, as well as trusting our body to tell us what it needs, this class will invite students to play and explore with a combination of standing and seated poses designed to both strengthen and stretch the body. As we breathe, sweat and mediate, this class aims to develop your practice as well as strengthen your connection to your beautiful body.
This class is for all levels; beginners are welcome to start with Full Bodied Yoga: Beginners
